IGMG-P83244GC+-D4G is an industrial-grade IoT M2M gateway featuring powerful hardware and advanced software capabilities. Powered by a dual-core ARMv7 Cortex-A9 processor running at up to 1.3 GHz, it supports multiple I/O interfaces, including an integrated 8-port Gigabit Ethernet switch (4 copper and 4 combo copper/fiber ports) with 6 LAN and 2 WAN ports. It also provides two serial ports supporting RS-232/422/485 and RS-422/485 communication standards. All ports support Modbus TCP and RTU protocols, enabling seamless connectivity with Ethernet and serial devices such as PLCs and sensors for industrial monitoring and control.
IGMG-P83244GC+-D4G is certified for AT&T® 4G LTE connectivity and supports dual SIM cards for redundancy or load balancing, ensuring highly reliable cellular communication. It features built-in mSATA SSD storage with 64GB capacity (expandable up to 256GB) for extensive IoT data logging. Designed for harsh industrial environments, its rugged fanless architecture operates reliably from -40 to +75°C. Built on ORing's IEC 62443-4-2 SL2 certified platform, it provides enhanced cybersecurity for industrial IoT applications.
IGMG-P83244GC+-D4G introduces advanced software features that simplify IIoT deployment. ORing's Open Gateway software enables seamless connectivity between diverse field devices and cloud platforms. Through an intuitive web-based interface, the built-in protocol converter transparently bridges Modbus field devices with MQTT, CoAP, and LWM2M servers.
The gateway also includes built-in Node-RED, an open-source flow-based programming tool that can be enabled with a single click via the web interface, allowing rapid data integration and dashboard development. Additionally, it features on-board Ignition SCADA software from Inductive Automation, a globally recognized HMI/SCADA/IIoT platform offering unlimited licensing, open-standard connectivity, and powerful visualization, control, alarming, historian, and reporting capabilities. Both Ignition and Ignition Edge can be selected and activated through the web interface according to application requirements. An integrated PostgreSQL database is pre-configured for seamless operation with Ignition software. Both Ignition versions are initially provided in trial mode, allowing users to evaluate and test the software before full deployment.
